Reservations not paid in full on arrival date are subject to cancellation.
Park fees must be paid in advance. Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of reservation. Please be advised that once a reservation has been completed, any subsequent changes to the reservation will be subject to applicable fees.
Cancellation: By 11 AM 7 days prior to the arrival date to receive a credit towards a future stay based on availability. After one year the credit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call during business hours.
Refunds: The park offers an outdoor experience. No refunds or credits provided due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds or credits will be made for early departures.
We greatly appreciate your efforts to arrive before dark. We do, however, realize that not all guests can be here before dark. If you know you will be arriving after 4 PM, please call us to make arrangements.
Check in is after 1:00 PM for all sites
Check out is at 11:00 AM for all sites
Express Check-in available for online bookings.
- 5 mph speed limit for all vehicles in the park.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Place all garbage, trash and litter in the designated dumpster. No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on the ground or in dumpster.
- Do not move from one site to another without permission from our staff.
- MAXIMUM 6 people allowed per site.
- Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all enclosed facilities.
- Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Use jack pads on sites (wood, rubber or plastic).
- No digging, flag poles, signs, plantings, landscaping, lawn ornaments, etc. on sites.
- Do not cover grass with mats, carpet, etc.
- No ropes or chains tied to utilities, trees or signs.
- No tents, tarps or generators.
- Do not drive stakes of any kind into the ground without permission.
- An electric heated water hose must be used during the winter season. Guest is financially responsible for any frozen hydrants and damage due to non-compliance.
- Use of a rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections is required for sanitation and odor control. There will be a charge for any sewage spills.
- All RV/Campers must have an airtight sewer connector.
- ONLY use biodegradable tissue when connected to our sewage system or when using our bathhouse.
- DO NOT flush feminine products or flushable wipes when connected to our sewage system or when using our bathhouse.
- Wildlife, trees and plants on the park property are for you to enjoy but should not be disturbed.
- The laundry facilities will be open 24 hours, do not leave clothes unattended.
- DO NOT use a lot of soap in the washers. Soap pods should only go into the washer, not in the soap drawer.
- After use of laundry, be sure to leave the facility as you found it.
- Washing pet beds is not permitted in our laundry facility.
- Pets should be on a 6' leash at all times.
- Be sure to clean up after your pets within the park and pet area.
- Stay vigilant about maintaining the security of your property and valuables. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
